Marketing & Administrative Coordinator

The Role: Maintain and update the customer database and CRM dashboard and track sales data for each technical sales rep/account manager. Promote the company’s goods and services to the target markets. Communicate with target audiences, build, and develop customer relationships. Assist with marketing plans – advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns. Increase brand popularity on selected digital media platforms. Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials. Support the sales reps/account managers by providing sales data, marketing trends, forecasts, account analyses, and product information. Work Hours: Monday to Friday – 7am to 3pm. First two months will be office based for hands on training Qualifications / Skills: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or related field. Prior work experience in administration and sales or marketing is a plus. Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to success in this role. Reporting CRM database results.


Sales Representative

The Role: Responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. A deep understanding of the sales process with superb interpersonal skills and previous experience in a sales role is an advantage. Responsibilities include: Generating Leads, Meeting and exceeding sales goals. Preparing weekly and monthly reports. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. Coordinating sales efforts with the technical and marketing team. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate project needs and promote products and services. Maintaining client records. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in technical sales. Understanding the sales process and dynamics. A commitment to excellent customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers. Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field will be an asset.
